2024 CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOW PAST OUR PRINTING DEADLINE! ANY ORDER PLACED BETWEEN 12/2/24 - 1/1/2025 WILL HAVE A TURN AROUND TIME AS LISTED BELOW AFTER 1/1/2025

Custom tumblers: 4-6 weeks from order date

Custom graphics: 7-15 business days from order date

Ready to Ship (RTS): Items ship within 3-5 business days of your order.

Please note that our Turn Around Time (TAT) is the time it takes to create and process your order. TAT does not include the time it takes your order to ship to you.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all items in our shop are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.

Business days are Monday - Friday. The following holidays are NOT considered business days for our shop:

New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve
