KBC is committed to providing customer service and quality products! Please review our shop policies below for a positive & knowledgeable shopping experience with KBC!

You will be prompted to acknowledge our shop policies during checkout and all shop policies are subject to change.

Our shop is based in the United States. Shop business hours are 9:00am-5:00pm,  Monday - Friday. The following US holidays are NOT considered business days: New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Colombus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve

Kerr Bear Customs makes no edits to uploaded content and assumes all customers have permission, licensing, or rights to the images they are sending to us. Kerr Bear Customs is not responsible for any infringement or unauthorized use of material or artwork. We are not responsible for photo quality or incorrect positioning of photos sent to us

PAYMENTS are due at the time of placing your order! After payment is secured an artwork proof will be sent of your design prior to printing.

Artwork designs will NEVER be sent prior to payment. Artwork will always have watermarking to protect my creative intellectual property and prevent theft of my designs (yes this has happened!) If you are looking for artwork designs only, payment must be rendered prior to any artwork designs being sent.

Orders must be picked up within a week (7 days) notifying you they are complete. A charge of $15 per week extra will charged if pick up delays occur without communication. Emergencies are understandable, but please be courteous to my time and yours!

If you schedule a pick up date with me twice and cancel/no show both times, you will have to pay for shipping for your order.

Pickups:

• I have set days & times for pickups weekly. I will share that information with you when your order is ready. Pick ups are in Dutchess County, NY

• Deliveries are not an option. Pick up or shipping are the only order services available from KBC

Order turn around time (TAT) is generally 7-10 business days subject to change. Sometimes unexpected delays happen. Its important to let me know your deadline so we have clear communication. I have never missed a deadline and I don’t intend to. Messages asking for order updates only delay order processing. TAT is the time it takes to create and process your order. TAT does NOT include the time it takes for your order to ship to you.

If you need your order sooner than 7-10 business days, a “RUSH” fee charged. The fee varies depending on project.

If you don’t see something posted here or on my website, that doesn't mean I cant make it! I will always be transparent about what I can and cant create for you. If it's not in my wheelhouse, I will refer you to someone local that can assist you! Small businesses make the world go round!

When reaching out, please explain the idea in full details. Sizes, colors, designs, inspo pics... send it all! Having everything in one message/email helps so nothing getting missed.

I am not responsible for wrong sizes or spelling of personalized names. Detailed information of garmet options for your order will be sent accordingly for you to approve. It is the customer responsibility to double check spelling and information provided and give final approval of the artwork proofs sent. Once printed, the item is final.

There are absolutly NO returns, exchanges or refunds on custom orders. If there’s a mistake on my behalf, I will always make it right
