Please note that our Turn Around Time (TAT) is the time it takes to create and process your order. TAT does NOT include the time it takes for your order to ship to you.

Custom Digital Designs: Electronic receipt via email 24-48 business hours from art design approval date

Ready to Ship (RTS): Item(s) ship within 3-5 business days of the order date.

Custom Design Grpahics & Physical Materials: Item(s) will ship 7-15 business days from art design approval date

Custom Tumblers: Item(s) will ship 4-6 weeks from order date. 

Fundraiser Orders: All fundraising orders will ship 7-15 business days from the fundraiser END DATE, which will be listed in the item descriptions.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all items in our shop are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.

You will be prompted to acknowledge our shop policies during checkout and all shop policies are subject to change.

Our shop is based in the United States. Shop business hours are 9:00am-5:00pm,  Monday - Friday. The following US holidays are NOT considered business days:

New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Colombus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve

Our shop policy is to ship all orders. 

Customers local to Dutchess County, NY, please read our "Request for Local Pick-Up" Policy below:

- All orders MUST pay shipping at checkout.

- If the customer would like to conduct local pick up, they MUST REQUEST local pick up in the order note at check out.

- Once the order is ready and local pick up has been requested, we will email the order pick up instructions.to order email on file.

- Orders MUST be picked up within 3 days of the order pick up instructions email. If this occurs, we will refund the shipping charge of the order.

- If the order is not picked up within 3 days of the order pick up notification, the order will be shipped without a refund.

Our local pick-up location is under 24/7 video surveillance.
